RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

TatiomaxGlutathione.com gladly accepts returns of products purchased at our online store (https://www.tatiomaxglutathione.com) for a refund within 7 days of online shipment date or original purchase date in-store. Shipping and Handling is not refundable. Please contact us before returning the product. Returned items must be in the original condition. We will only accept the return of opened items  if they were damaged or incorrect. We will  issue a refund once we receive the returned order.

A refund will not be provided for opened, broken seal or used products. because they are no longer in a saleable condition.

Also, TatiomaxGlutathione products purchased from resellers/retailers are subject to the return policies of those retailers.  Please reach out to the retailer you purchased the product from if you need to make a return.

Returns sent to us by mail by the original purchaser will be refunded to the original method of payment. All refunds will be made in Philippine Peso or U.S. Dollars. We regret that we are unable to refund your shipping fees unless the return was due to a mistake on our part.
